It contains Arnica and magnesium oils which together have analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. It also increases circulation to the area it is applied, which can help to reduce discomfort and improve oxygenation of the tissue. Castor oil allows for deeper penetration into tissue. 
Several of the oils in this blend have analgesic and nervine properties that target nerve pain receptors to help reduce the discomfort of neuropathy. This is good for legs, back, neck pain, also fingers and toes. 
This cream can be applied up to 4 times a day and can enhance the effects of anti-inflammatory supplements.
